I'm sure you've heard horror stories around birth, but, imagine welcoming your baby into the world surrounded by calm, unwavering support, feeling completely anchored and present, cherishing the moment.
With me by your side, you'll have everything you need for this to happen, and make your birth a transformative and empowered experience.
I want you coming out of your birth feeling like an absolute Goddess, like you could conquer the world.
I know you're probably feeling a mix of scared, anxious, nervous, overwhelmed and excited, I've been there. When we build your ultimate birth toolkit together, any fear will be replaced with assurance and clarity.
We'll work together to design your own preferences bespoke to you, that align deeply with your vision, and make sure that you're feeling confident, clear and in control every step of your journey.
Everything you need is already within you.

- Message/email/phone support from booking until 6 weeks postpartum

- On call period from 10 days before EDD until 42 weeks
- Continuous physical and emotional support throughout your labour

I know that the work I do with families makes a difference, and if you've read any of my testimonials then you know it too.
Having this kind of support matters to your pregnancy experience, to your birth, and to your parenting journey as a whole, it truly gets you off to the best start possible.
I don’t care what kind of birth you want, but I do care that you have options and choices that were listened to and most importantly, respected.
Having a doula in your pocket gives you, and your birth partner, confidence and knowledge, keeping you feeling positive and in control every step of the way.
This package works really well if you want someone available to answer any questions, offer information, a listening ear and reassurance, throughout your pregnancy, and you also want that support to continue during your labour and birth, but you feel like you don't need a physical presence.
Having this available to you will be so valuable in making you feel empowered and confident making decisions about your care. I'll support you in stepping into your power, so you look back on your birth with an immense sense of pride.
There is the option to add on Birth Preparation Sessions.
This package includes:
- “Get to know each other” phone/video call
- Birth and postnatal welcome pack either sent via email or posted out
- Message support from booking until 6 weeks postpartum, with options of phone calls
- Birth preferences session via phone or video call
- On call period from 10 days before EDD until you have your baby
- Support throughout labour via messages/phone calls/video calls
- Message support for 6 weeks postpartum including feeding support.

Postnatal support is designed to support you in your recovery during the early days/weeks/months following childbirth.
At no other point of life would someone be expected to do something so exhausting, transformative and life changing and then be cooking dinner or cleaning the day after, all with a tiny, completely incapable, human hanging from you.
Postnatal support is designed to support you in your recovery during the early days/weeks/months following childbirth.
It really shouldn't be treated as a 'nice to have,' it's a necessity, and something you absolutely deserve.
I am here to hold space for you so you can take a breath, and take this transition into motherhood with rest, nourishment, and peace of mind
Your postnatal recovery, and what you need at this time, look different for everyone so my support will always be tailored for your needs and situation.
Sessions are completely bespoke based on your wishes and needs but to give you an idea may include things like:
Giving you a chance to talk through your birth
Reassurance and a listening ear
Basic feeding support
Emotional support
Practical parenting information
Helping with aspects of baby care
Light housework/cooking
Take the opportunity to invest in your postpartum recovery. Your emotional and physical healing sets the foundation for your whole parenting journey.
