For Birth packages once contracts are sent, and a deposit is paid, everything that your package includes will be available to you.

All of my packages can be bought as the perfect thoughtful gift for parents, and parents to be.

A complete Before, Birth and Beyond package, with everything you need to have an informed and positive experience. 

I know you're probably feeling scared, anxious, nervous, overwhelmed and excited, I've been there.

We will work together to make sure that you're feeling confident, clear and in control every step of your journey.

Postnatal support is designed to support you in your recovery during the early days/weeks/months following childbirth.

At no other point of life would someone be expected to do something so exhausting and life changing and then be cooking dinner and cleaning the next day, all with a tiny human completely incapable of doing anything hanging from you.

Postnatal support is designed to support you in your recovery during the early days/weeks/months following childbirth. It's really individual and will always be tailored for your needs and situation.

May include, giving you a chance to talk through your birth, reassurance, basic feeding support, emotional support, practical parenting information, helping with aspects of baby care and light housework/cooking. 

It's my job to take care of you so you can enjoy this time.

I have supported families for over 10 years as a Breastfeeding Counsellor, successfully fed my own children, all with their own challenges, and currently doing IBCLC training, so have the experience and knowledge to help you keep going on your feeding journey.

You need my complete birth preparation course.

It's not enough to just "go with the flow" or "hope for the best" when it comes to your birth. Birth trauma and interventions are at a record high, and I just don't want that to be the end of your story.

You need an Antenatal Course that:

  • Shows you what's actually happening to your body in labour.
  • Teaches you why environment matters and how to create the perfect one for you.
  • Talks you through how to make labour as easy as possible including comfort measures, biomechanics and pain relief.
  • Learn practical, helpful tips in caring for your baby like infant feeding and baby wearing.

  • Gives you confidence to make decisions that are right for you.
  • Teaches you how to navigate the maternity system.
  • Is designed to support both you and your birth partner.

This will give you all the knowledge and information so that you can make decisions during your pregnancy that are right for YOU, and reflect what YOU want.

"Doula in your Pocket"

I know that the work I do with families makes a difference.

It matters to their pregnancy experiences, to their birth, and to their parenting journey as a whole, and I don't want location to be a barrier to anyone having that kind of support. 

Having a doula in your pocket can help give you, and your birth partner, confidence and knowledge, keeping you feeling positive and in control.

Being available to you during your birth for any questions, suggestions or reassurance makes a difference, and is so valuable to both you and a birth partner.

I cover help and support after you've had your baby too.

This virtual package includes:

  • “Get to know each other” phone/video call
  • Birth and postnatal welcome pack either sent via email or posted out
  • Message support from booking until 6 weeks postpartum, with options of phone calls
  • Birth planning session via phone or video call
  • On call period from 10 days before EDD until you have your baby
  • Support throughout labour via messages/phone calls/video calls
  • Message support for 6 weeks postpartum
  • Breastfeeding check in via phone or video call

Useful to Know

The first 30 minutes of travel is included in your package price. After that mileage is calculated at the standard 0.55p per mile. This can either be added onto the overall price of your package, or I can invoice you separately.

There are no travel costs for virtual packages and support. 

I do offer payment plans and I promise you won't be the first person to have asked so please don't let finances be a barrier to you getting the support that I know is so beneficial, and makes a real difference.
